Central location along with delicious breakfasts. The staff were amicable, excellent and helped me with public parking.

We got a room with a bathtub. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was delicious. The location was excellent and lovely - ease of access to Old Mazatlan.

Great location! Right in the heart of the action, with plenty of food, music, and lights just outside. The hotel is beautifully decorated with amazing tile work and trees throughout the property. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were cozy. The staff were helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist me with my requests. The hotel also had a cute cat roaming around, which added to the charm.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and didn't change much, so I ended up eating elsewhere for half of my stay. The pool was small and not heated, so it wasn't really usable.

The location was lovely, right at Plaza Machado.

I had an amazing stay at Raices De Mar, a unique and charming boutique hotel in the Centro historical. The location was excellent, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The included breakfast was delicious. The hotel's original art throughout the property added a special touch. The restaurant showcased regional cuisine creatively adapted to the vibrant scene of the old city. The nearby Machado square was a bustling hub of art, performances, and celebrations. I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the revamped old downtown and the popular Plaza Machado and an entertainment district. The lunch in El Bife minutes away from the property had every choice imaginable...

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the action, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed, like free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any request. The swimming pool was refreshing, and I enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace. The restaurant served delicious food, and the service was impeccable.

The outdoor restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent and lovely for traveling around Mazatlan, close enough to other restaurants as well as the Plaza Machado in the Centro Historico.

The comfy location for the price, very close to historical Mazatlan, Mazatlán for, and the Old Town. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, excellent value.

Our romantic escape was perfect! The breakfast was included, and we couldn't be happier. , the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. We loved the fact that we could walk to all the cool little shops and restaurants in the area. The location was just what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. And the staff were lovely - always with a smile and ready to help.

On the negative side, the pool was pretty small - definitely not ideal for swimming. there was some noise from the nearby restaurants at night, but it was not a big deal.

Great location right at the lively Machado Plaza with restaurants, music and shopping stalls. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help me, even with my broken Spanish. The hotel's aesthetic and decor are stunning, especially the lobby, pool area and patio. The option to get water bottle refills instead of using single-use plastic bottles was a plus.
